While we welcome the opportunity to make a submission on this draft guideline, we are generally disappointed with the rollout of State Environmental Planning Policy (Koala Habitat Protection) 2019 (Koala SEPP 2019) and the missed opportunity to strengthen protections for koala habitat in NSW.
