We believe that there is a need to make information on the planning system and environmental law more accessible to the public so that communities and individuals have the opportunity to be involved at all levels in environmental decision-making processes.

EDO Seminar Series

The EDO presents regular seminars on hot topics in the meeting rooms of the 60L Green Building in Carlton. These seminars are open to all and where possible, presentations are available to download here afterwards. Read more...

EDO Workshops

The EDO conducts tailored workshops and forums for community and environment group members around specific topics or issues. March workshops include the topics Biodiversity Law, and Native Vegetation Law and Policy. Read more...

EDO Conferences

The EDO conducts conferences for both professionals and community members. The most recent conference was Future Guaranteed? Australia's Threatened Species, 22 November 2006, a one-day conference presented in conjunction with the Threatened Species Network.
