Cases:
Quoiba Progress Association v North West Rendering Pty Ltd - we act for the Residents Association in and application before the Tribunal for orders concerning the noxious smells being emitted by this plant and its associated activities at Quoiba.  A rendering plant takes the meat waste from abattoirs, chops it up, cooks it and produces meat meal and tallow.  Matter has been relisted for hearing August 9.
