About the Community Litigants Handbook

While the focus of the handbook is on merit appeals, it also contains advice as to the practicalities involved in court actions and covers issues such as: whether to commence proceedings; how to brief a barrister and engage experts; how to prepare and file court documents; and how to prepare for and conduct your case. The cost is $30.
