If you have a legal problem or want to know more about environmental laws, we have a variety of resources that may be able to help.
Free Telephone Advice EDO NSW offers a free telephone advice service, the Environmental Law Line. If you call during the hours below, you can speak to one of our solicitors about your legal problem. EDO NSW deals with around 1,200 telephone inquiries per annum, with about 50% coming from regional and rural NSW. Callers to the Law Line are referred to EDO NSW from a wide range of sources including other community legal centres, conservation groups, members of Parliament and government departments. In addition to providing legal advice, EDO NSW responds to numerous other requests for information, such as EDO publications and workshops. If you require legal advice on a public interest environmental or planning law issue, you can call the above numbers.
