6. Mount Annan Botanic Gardens Photographic Exhibition: A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall

“Oh, what did you see, my blue-eyed son? Oh, what did you see, my darling young one?” These words, first sung by Dylan in 1963 about the Cuban crisis and the feeling of despair as to whether tomorrow would come, have now become the motivation behind a moving and confrontational photographic display by photographer Mark Edwards.

The outdoor exhibition will be on display from Sunday 1 June til Friday 11 July at Mount Annan Botanic Garden.

For more information, contact Rebecca Moutia on (02) 4634 7903.

7. Climate Action Network Australia Conference 2008

The CANA Conference has been the peak non-government sector climate change conference since 2003, shaping our response to this urgent challenge. In 2008 the conference will explore how we can Turn Australia into a Climate Change Leader. The 2008 CANA conference will bring together opinion leaders on climate change from across our network, as well as business, government and academia, for the first time this year.
