are a basic guide to environmental law in the ACT. They are for
anyone interested in using the law to protect the environment.
Note: Some
of the fact sheets are unavailable at this time as they are being
updated following legislative amendments and administrative changes.

Where the entry below is green it indicates the Fact Sheet is available
by following the link.
The fact sheets
relate to Territory law unless otherwise stated. There are also
some explanations of Commonwealth environmental laws, particularly
the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act
1999.
